Returns & Exchange Policy

At Buy-Medical, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we make the process simple.

Order Acceptance and Pricing

  • All orders are subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  • Prices are net and inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery charges.

Delivery Timeframes

For International orders

  • Sea freight: 8-12 weeks
  • Air Parcel Post: 3-4 weeks
  • local orders 2-7 working days

Order Cancellation

  • Special orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Other confirmed orders require written consent for cancellation.

7-Day Returns Policy

You have 7 days (including weekends) from receiving your parcel to inform our Customer Care Team of your intention to return goods.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and capable of resale.
  • Contact us via email (support@localhost) for return details.
  • Goods received after 7 days will not be accepted.

Calculating the 7-Day Returns Period

  • Includes all days from Monday to Sunday.
  • Applies to multiple goods delivered on different days.

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Within 7 days: replacement or full refund.
  • Outside 7 days but within 12 months: repair or exchange (manufacturing defect only).

Duplicate or Incorrect Item

  • Contact us immediately for return or collection arrangements.

Returning Items

  1. Contact our Customer Agent for return details.
  2. Obtain a returns authorization number.
  3. Pack and post the item to the provided address.
  4. Use tracked service with adequate insurance.

Testing Faulty Items

  • We test every returned item.
  • Non-faulty items will be returned to you, with postage costs applied.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain medical supplies (e.g., sealed items, perishable goods, expired items).
  • Examples: medical gloves, sterile syringes, CPAP masks.
